Had a fantastic time with friends! The location is perfect for visiting local breweries and Union Station. The beds were super comfy, and the staff was really friendly. Just a heads up, the pool was small but the views were awesome. I'd recommend staying if you want a good night’s sleep after a fun day!

The only downside was that two of our friends faced issues with their original room reservations. They were given king beds instead of doubles, which wasn't what they requested. It caused some hassle during check-in, but we managed overall.

So I had booked a Beautiful King Room with City View, nice setup. The staff, they were friendly enough, helped me out when I needed room service late at night. Even when they were swamped, they didn't leave me hanging.

The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. However, I did encounter issues with the internet. it cut out occasionally, annoying during my stay. Also, the pool was under maintenance, which I didn’t know ahead of time, so that was a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, it was a nice weekend overall.

I loved the ease of walking to Civic Center Park and the 16th Street Mall, making my weekend strolls around the city so enjoyable. The friendly staff was a highlight of my stay, helping me feel right at home during my two nights there.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from Union Station and many great restaurants. One downside was the pool area. it was quite crowded, and I had difficulty finding a chair to relax in.

the westin has a great fitness center with state-of-the-art machines and a lovely heated indoor/outdoor pool. it was perfect for relaxing after a day out. plus, it's close to downtown attractions, making it convenient to explore the area.

Despite enjoying the cleanliness of the facilities, the unsettling experience with my reservation and the overall handling of the situation significantly impacted my stay. Adding to this, the promised loyalty points were not honored, which felt misleading.
